Probiotic Deodorant

I’ve been using this deodorant for sometime now and I refuse to go back to the store bought chemicals! Whats been incredible to me is that even as I’ve been out of this deodorant for a few weeks (my reup will be here in a few days) my pits don’t smell not nearly as funky as they would if I were to stop using the store bought deo. It smells a lot more natural and less intense. Thank you Iyoba for cultivating something that actually works for the people! Gratitude always!

This deodorant is perfect for my lifestyle. natural, organic, no toxic chemicals and it actually works! The Ylang ylang & Jasmine scent is so fresh better than something else in the market.

I just picked up my shipment from the shipper although it arrived WEEKS ago, and I am so excited. I was super eager to invest in a Black Owned product certified by the Environmental Working Group… and I’m loving the scents and the ease at which it glides on my underarm ! Only up from here !

Deodorant smells great, I’m way less stinky at the end of the day than with other natural deodorants, AND it doesn’t sting after i’ve just shaved my armpits. I’m a big fan!

I generally make my own deodorants and so I’m always on the lookout for pure, aluminum free deodorant I don’t have to make. This fits the bill. Great product!

I was looking for a new deodorant because it was getting harder to find the one I had been using. Also it would foam and fade off. So I looked up deodorants and decided to try black-owned deodorants; that's how I found Iyoba. So far it does what it says. I am not musty. It is light. I had to get used to the formula because my previous one was butter based. However, I am liking this so far and the winter where I am has been fairly warm; which is rare. I have been active, hot, and sweaty, but not musty. I plan to repurchase another one soon. I will also be looking into the other products. I'm using ylang ylang and Jasmine. The smell is amazing.

A friend told me about this amazing product. She called it "Funky-No-More" and boy was she right! It truly works. I am a satisfied customer for life. I also love love love Iyoba's Clary Sage + Lavender Hair + Body Butter. Cracked heels and ashy elbows are a thing of the past. I literally feel like I'm having a spa day every time I use it. I was waiting to do this review to see how the product works. Unfortunately for me it doesn’t. I’ve used natural deodorants for over five years and I detox my underarms two to three times a week. This deodorant just didn’t work for me.

The first all-natural deodorant that WORKS!

Always love this deodorant… I have a lot of skin issues (dermatitis) and this is the only brand I’ve found that does its job without causing irritation. You keep making it, I’ll keep using it! The smells aren’t overpowering, either.

I love the deodorant you guys make! It’s the only natural deodorant that hasn’t caused an allergic reaction. All the regular deodorants actually caused me to sweat more and were not effective when I was stressed. I tell everyone that will listen about it and even got a friend to start purchasing it for her and her daughter.

I LOVE IYOBA!!! However, this deodorant didn't work for me. I usually use Native and I'd love to switch to a Black owned brand, but for now I am sticking with them. I'm glad I tried this deodorant because then I discovered other wonderful things by IYOBA that I wouldn't have. I will continue to be a customer!!

All the probiotic departments are great but the unscented is my favorite because it doesn't interact with my favorite cologne.

I truly cannot use any other deodorant anymore. I have one of each scent so that when I’m out I’m not going back to department store deodorants and have time to reorder. The detox process is a lil uncomfortable but NORMAL. It’s wild to see what our bodies are able to expel when we finally use a product meant to meld with our natural body chemistry. The varying scents are so nice and truly compliment my pheromones. My person fav is the Ylang Ylang + Jasmine. This product is amazing!!! I haven’t went back to any other deodorant since I got this one. I get a little smelly when I sweat and other deodorants even chemical ones never left me dry or unfunky, but this one does the trick. Even if I sweat I just smell like the deodorant. I’ve had the same deodorant stick for about a year and it’s still not done so I reupped and bought a couple more bc I never want to run out. My only gripe is I bought the jasmine one and totally forgot how over powering jasmine is as a scent so I kind of hate smelling it but it still gets the job done. I also wish these came in lip balm sizes so you can carry it on the go in your purse/clutch without being too obvious

The only natural deodorant I’ve ever used that didn’t a) give me a rash, b) darken my underarms, c) make me smell worse than not wearing deodorant or d) all of the above. I’m just mad I’m just finding this company. I also bought soaps but haven’t tried them just yet. Will review when I do.

Ever since I switched over to the natural deodorant it’s been a process of dealing with my body adjusting to it but now I can’t go back to regular deodorant!!!

Unfortunately although I love that it keeps me smelling fresh all day, It made my armpits peel, and become extremely itchy and raw. ☹️ If that wasn’t the case I’d say I love it.

I live in Arizona and this deodorant keeps me smelling fresh through the 115º days in the middle of summer. Will never use a different one.

I had to stop purchasing this deodorant because I needed to decrease my personal expenses. I started using another probiotic deodorant and my body hated it!! My body chemistry did not gel with that deodorant and I hated the way I smelled. Once I was able to go back to Iyoba’s deodorant, my body scent literally went back to what it was in a couple of days. So glad I am able to stick with this deodorant!

Love it. I got bad reaction to using dove deodorant and was struggling to finding one that didn't make my armpits red or itchy. I've used native and other natural deodorant, but those made me itchy. Ive already made serveral purchases and each deodorant has been long lasting throughout the day.

It didn’t work for my daughter

When I first bought this deodorant, I absolutely loved it. I bought it in the rose/lavender scent, and it was the best-smelling my armpits have ever been, and it kept my armpits smelling fresh all day. However, I didn't end up liking it long-term because it weirdly ended up making my armpit skin flake after a couple weeks so much so that I had to stop using it. I also don't like that it's packaged with plastic. If it had compostable packaging and if the skin issue was fixed, it would be by far my favorite deodorant. But as it is, I wouldn't recommend.

This product is AMAZING. I have been buying from the owner for over twenty years. I am all about all natural since before it became the craze. With that said all the other ‘all natural’ deodorants were giving me a rash where my skin burned and peeled. This product is amazing. The only downfall is that it works so well my husband started ‘sharing’ it needless to say I am not too thrilled about that:)

I have really sensitive skin. Especially my armpits. I get no skin irritation or redness from using it. I only need to apply once and Im good for the whole day. Im a really sweaty person. One can last me for about 2 months.

Buy this deodorant! I'm a new customer and purchased the lavender rose. When it came in, I was so excited to use it because it smells like heaven. Finally finished my previous brand of deodorant and was able to try my Iyoba tonight. I smell amazing! And very much unlike my previous brand, this went on smooth and dry. I hope I can try every scent, but it's going to hard not to keep buying this lavender rose! If you haven't yet, switch now!

I love this deodorant! I’ve used countless natural deodorants and they’ve given me a terrible rash or a terrible itch and they only lasted a couple of hours (5 max). This one last all day! If I’m sweating, I’m no longer nervous, because you can smell the rose escaping from the deodorant! I’m now a loyal customer and I plan on using this product for the rest of my life. I love this deodorant. I have the lavender one and the lemongrass one. Lemongrass was/is my favorite scents when I was pregnant. Anyway these work really well. I can't wait to test these bad boys out during our Texas summers

I have been allergic to deodorant for the past 25 years. I tried natural deodorant from organic stores and other small manufacturers. Nothing worked without breaking me out. Not only does this deodorant work but it eliminates odors before they start. I highly recommend it and will ONLY buy Iyoba deodorant.

I really love the Lavender and Rose one. The only downfall about the product is the product label. It's not waterproof. But overall, a 5/5 for the product itself! I will be shopping here from now on!

I was so excited and wanted to love this! Unfortunately, it gives me bad odor :( It smells soooooo good but I just smell bad afterwards like if I hadn’t put any deodorant on. Sadly I smell worst with this than if I never put any deodorant on which is weird.

Was excited to try this and it actually works pretty well for me; noticed that I smelled better for longer and didn't sweat as much. Unfortunately, it seems that one of the ingredients is a skin irritant for me and my underarm skin started peeling off so I'm bummed out about that. I would say it's a good product, you just have to know if any of the ingredients are irritants for you.

I like the idea of a natural deodorant, but I love not watching the armpits of my white shirts turn yellow. I've tried several brands in an attempt to use natural self-care products and save my shirts, but Iyoba is the first that really works for me. I purchased the Lavender + Rose and initially didn't care for the smell (it's a strong floral), but I don't need much and once I'm wearing it, I smell like nothing all day long. I've worked out after a full day of wearing it and still smelled like nothing. I'm hooked.

I have really sensitive skin and have had trouble in the past with both natural and antiperspirant-type deodorants. Iyoba is my new go to for smelling tasty and fresh and not having an allergic reaction! It really works! Perhaps not as long lasting if you’re used to conventional deodorants, but while it’s on it works so well. Thank you :)

From what I noticed, this applies translucent and drys transparent. Most deodorants I have used never go clear, natural or not. It actually absorbs into the skin. Especially recommended for those fancy attires where you don't want the deodorant residue -- Just apply a few minutes before putting on outfit! Ylang-Ylang is more prominent, but it makes for an enchanting, alien, mature smell that works well for it is purpose. Neutralizes my stink for the entire day rather than relying on covering it up. WORTH IT <3

I suffer from Hidradenitis Suppurativa so I often get painful boils in my armpits, so in addition to taking antibiotics occasionally and changing my diet, it was super necessary to find an all natural deodorant. I tried other brands before and I had NO luck, until i tried this probiotic deodorant from IYOBA. This stuff is the truth! I knew it was the real deal when one day of heavy moving this past Summer when I realized that I didn't smell from all the sweating. I could smell the essential oils so I knew it was working. If you're looking for something all natural, I highly recommend; and definitely do not be put off by the press. I bought the deodorant in June and have been using daily and I still have a ways to go! This will not disappoint!
