ARE NATURAL PRODUCTS REALLY SAFE AND EFFECTIVE?

Absolutely yes! Our products are handmade with natural ingredients using smart, small-batch packing processes in a completely sterile environment. We work to preserve the integrity of the ingredients and we don’t use harmful preservatives. Many of our products become best sellers because of their efficacy and high quality. Unfortunately, specific results are not guaranteed for everyone, as hair and skin might respond differently to certain products. As with any beauty product, we encourage our customers to do a “patch-test” before using our products.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our products have a shorter shelf life than chemically preserved beauty products, due to their organic nature. For this reason we can’t restock them and our sales are final. We are committed to our customers satisfaction as we create quality, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify it.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We use a standard 7-14 business days policy for all our shipments.
