IYOBA Brand Ambassador Program Agreement

Please be sure to read the following agreement's terms and conditions carefully.

Participation

By participating in the IYOBA (the “Company”) Brand Ambassador Program, you – applicants (the “Brand Ambassador”) are agreeing to all the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Company reserves the right to decline applications if it feels like the potential Brand Ambassador is not a good fit or there are no more places available in the program. 
  2. Brand Ambassador must be located in the USA.
  3. Brand Ambassador must be 21 years or older to participate.
  4. Brand Ambassador must be personally experienced with our products as the Company’s customer or the recipient. 
  5. Brand Ambassador must be in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
  6. Brand Ambassador must have and actively use at least one of the following social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.
  7. Brand Ambassador must have a social following that is like our target demographic (the USA based women ages 25 +).
  8. In case the Instagram account was chosen as the main social media account, Brand Ambassador must have at least 2,500 active followers. 
  9. Brand Ambassador is comfortable with sharing photos of the Company’s products and the Company reserves the right to repost them on its website, blog and social media accounts. 
  10. Brand Ambassador agrees to complete at least 2 mandatory activities within 10-20 days of receiving a product(s) from the Company, which can be to create lifestyle photo content, tutorials, write a review on their blog, video content, etc. 
  11. Brand Ambassador agrees to follow at least one of our accounts listed below: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

Brand Ambassador may not:

  1. Take any action that could reasonably cause any confusion as to Brand Ambassador’s relationship with the Company. 
  2. Do anything harmful to the Company’s image and reputation.
  3. Share any potential coupon codes, vouchers codes, gift cards, etc gained as a reward as rewards are intended only for our Brand Ambassadors to use.
  4. Participate in any promotion, advertising, marketing, or sale of any imitation of the Company services. 
  5. Use paid advertising, search, or social pages for promoting Links or other activities listed in the Program. 
  6. Disclose the activities, rewards and other information available in the Ambassador portal to any third party. 
  7. Get involved in a similar program by a competing business while still participating in this program. 

General:

  1. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as the Company’s employee for any reason. 
  2. The Company reserves the unconditional right to accept or deny any Brand Ambassador who applies. Submitting this application form does not mean you are entitled to join this program. The Company’s team carefully reviews each and every of the application forms before accepting a new ambassador. Once a Brand Ambassador is chosen, the Brand Ambassador will receive a product(s) to review to the provided home address. 
  3. The Brand Ambassador Program does not pay monetary commissions.
  4. There is absolutely no cost to be an IYOBA Brand Ambassador. 

Termination:

  1. This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Brand Ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party.
  2. The Company may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
  3. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
  4. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador’s position in the program due to inactivity. 

Confidentiality agreement:

  1. The Brand Ambassador shall not disclose the terms of this Agreement to any third party. 
  2. The activities, rewards and other information available in the Ambassador portal is confidential and shall not disclose to any third party. 
  3. The Brand Ambassador hereby agrees not to copy, alter, share, use, duplicate, distribute, or adapt any of the Program’s confidential information.  
  4. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the following types of private information and other proprietary information of a similar nature regarding IYOBA's Brand Ambassadors Program: company address, list of activities and tasks, description of activities and tasks, list, type and value of potential rewards, technical data, and other similar information that is proprietary to and confidential information of the iyoba.com limited.
  5. The Brand Ambassador understands that this is a one-time marketing campaign to try and review our products for social media.
  6. The Brand Ambassador agrees to email IYOBA at info@iyoba.com the content that the Brand Ambassador creates
  7. The Brand Ambassador agrees to post & tag the Company (@iyobahandmade) on social media for the Company to promote the content on their social media channels. 

Privacy Policy:

The Company values Brand Ambassador’s privacy. The Company will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose Brand Ambassador’s personal information. Any information Brand Ambassador gives to the Company online over the platform serenataflowers.brandchamp.io will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which Brand Ambassador have not consented.

What information do we collect from you and why do we need it: 

To ensure that you are suitable for being our Brand Ambassador and for communicating effectively with you, it is very important that you provide us with accurate personal information. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may ask for the following personal information:

  1. Full Name and email address. 
  2. Demographic information such as city and home address
  3. Links to Brand Ambassador social media accounts, blogs and its numbers of followers and engagement average.

Who we share Brand Ambassador information with:

In order to manage the Brand Ambassador Program and provide the services, the Company may need to provide your information to its trusted social media management partner, Soco & Moda. Soco & Moda will provide the Company with content marketing strategies regarding the content provided by the Brand Ambassador. 

Brand Ambassador has the right to request a copy of the information that the Company holds about Brand Ambassador, however, the Company does have certain obligations to keep data records for legal and accounting purposes. – By submitting this Agreement, Brand Ambassador allows the Company the rights to use the assets including images shared within IYOBA Brand Ambassador Program. This allowance is not transferable to a third party. 

– By submitting this Agreement, Brand Ambassador agrees to receive regular email newsletters from www.iyoba.com. This service brings to Brand Ambassador details of monthly special offers and product promotions as well as information on new products.
