Need to Heal Dry, Cracked Heels?

Need to Heal Dry, Cracked Heels?

Try this easy routine:

We love soaking up the sun and showing off our favorite sandals this season, but all that fun in the sun can take a toll on our feet. Sandal weather might leave your feet feeling dry and cracked, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

STEP 1:

Start by soaking feet in warm water to soften the skin. Apply the Sugar Body Scrub to your heels, one at a time, and massage in circular motions. Use a little extra pressure on particularly rough spots, but avoid pressing too hard to prevent irritation. For heels that need a little extra love, try scrubbing with a pumice stone first to remove any tough, hardened layers. Rinse with warm water and dry off with a clean towel.

STEP 2:

Once feet are dry, apply our Hair + Body Butter to the cracked heels and really massage it in. Our bestselling formula includes effective natural ingredients like shea butter, coconut oil, mango butter, and cocoa butter to provide deep and lasting hydration while maintaining the skin's moisture barrier.

STEP 3:

Simply cover the feet with your favorite pair of cotton socks or moisturizing gel socks. Keep them on overnight or for a few hours after moisturizing to help your skin absorb the body butter better, leaving your heels soft and smooth. Be sure to moisturize heels daily for the best results, however, exfoliate your heels only 2 to 3 times a week to effectively remove dead skin cells without overdoing it. Over-exfoliating can lead to irritation and worsen dryness.
